nPosition Summary: HiHealthCare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. This role offers the flexibility of Part Time and Per Diem schedules, making it ideal for RNs looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.
nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient’s individualized care plan
nConduct home visits to assess patient health and home environment
nAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed
nMonitor and document changes in patient condition
nCommunicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
nEducate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease management
nEnsure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols
nQualifications:
nCurrent and unrestricted RN license in the State of Hawaii
nMinimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
nCPR certification (BLS)
nStrong clinical skills and critical thinking ability
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
