We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Braddock, PA area.
/n
/n
This position offers up to $30,000 in total bonus potential over your first three years:
/n
/n
- $10,000 first-year success bonus (Year 1) — rewarding key achievements during your first year
/n
- $5,000 sign-on bonus — paid within your first 12 months
/n
- Up to $500/month bonus eligibility (Year 2) — an additional $6,000 potential
/n
- Up to $750/month bonus eligibility (Year 3) — an additional $9,000 potential
/n
- The monthly bonus grows up to $1000 per month eligibility after 4 years!
/n

To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing, meet performance expectations, and remain in the role and status for which you were hired!

/n

What You’ll Do:
/n
/n
- Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
/n
- Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
/n
- Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for
/n
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
/n
- Work independently, but never alone
/n
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
/n

RN Qualifications
/n
/n
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
/n
- One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
/n
- Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
