Job description
MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care in the Coastal Region (Newcastle, ME). This 32-hour salaried role focuses on autonomous, patient-family centered care delivered in patients' homes, with collaboration across the care team.
The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate services, and deliver skilled nursing, emphasizing continuity of care. Weekend rotation is required every fourth weekend, with full-time benefits and sign-on opportunities.
