Job description
Nascentia Health in New York is seeking an Adult Homecare RN Case Manager to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Jefferson, and Cayuga Counties. No on-call; full-time schedule; weekdays 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with one weekend per month rotation; comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonus.
