nA Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

nRECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
nMinimum of 1 year med-surg experience required; 1 year of home care experience preferred; BSN preferred; able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours; IV and venipuncture experience preferred; able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area.
nLicense and Regulatory Requirements:
nCurrent licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification
nMin Base - $43,576.00
nMax Base $47,840.00
nNJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range.
nThe salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data.
