Job description
Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice seeks a Visiting RN to deliver safe, holistic nursing care in patients' homes across the service area. You will educate families, manage comprehensive care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health outcomes.
The role requires active licensure, CPR certification, and flexibility for weekend/holiday/on-call hours. Travel within the service area and proficiency with technology are essential.
