Job description
Liberty Health in Whiteville, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem/PRN home care. The role involves delivering patient care with direct treatment and follow-up and evaluating patients per physician orders for speech, language, swallow, or cognitive disorders.
The SLP will document patient data, communicate with interdepartmental staff, attend care conferences, and provide education to staff and patients.
