nPosition Summary
nThe Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides.
nCandidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.

nnCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care plans

n nMinimum Qualifications
nnnMeets educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA OR
n
nnMeets educational requirements and is currently completing the supervised experience required for certification, registration or licensure in the State of Illinois (if applicable)
n
