Home Health CaregiverBrightCare HomeCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care that is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAdminister medications, as prescribed by a healthcare provider, and monitor client adherence to treatment plansAssist clients with mobility and transfer needs, including use of equipment such as walkers and wheelchairsPrepare meals and snacks, and assist with mealtime activitiesProvide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their dignity and independenceMaintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and medication administrationCollaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care coordinationParticipate in training and educational programs to stay current with industry best practices and standardsAbout the Role:As a Home Health Caregiver with BrightCare HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
