Growing together.As a Homemaker/Companion, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household tasks. Your care and dedication will help them maintain their independence and stay comfortably in their own homes.Primary Responsibilities:Provide companionship through reading, talking, listening, and related activitiesPerform errands, transport clients, when necessary, within State guidelinesReport unusual incidents or changes in client's behavior or home situation to Agency DirectorPerform homemaking services such as cleaning, light meal preparation, laundry, and other light cleaning dutiesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportationState-Specific Requirement:WI: Must have 40 hours training or 6 months of equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire6+ months of experience in home careAbility to work flexible hours as required to meet identified clients' needsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
