If you have caregiving experience and enjoy helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home, we want to hear from you.We have day, evening, weekend, overnight, and fill-in opportunities available throughout Southern Maryland. Depending on your assignment, you may:• Provide companionship and conversation• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care• Help with walking, mobility, and transfers• Prepare meals• Provide medication reminders• Perform light housekeeping• Assist with errands or transportation when applicable• Support clients with their daily routines• Observe and report changes in a client's condition• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at homeWho We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you:• Have at least 1 year of caregiving experience• Genuinely enjoy working with seniors• Are compassionate, patient, and respectful• Are dependable and punctual• Communicate well with clients, families, and our office team• Are comfortable providing care in a client's homeHave experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility assistance, transfers, personal care, or other specialized care needs? We'd especially like to hear from you.Schedule & HoursWe have a variety of client needs, including:• Day shifts• Evening shifts• Weekend shifts• Overnight shifts• PRN / fill-in opportunitiesHours typically range from 12–40 hours per week, depending on your availability and current client needs. Weekend and holiday availability can provide access to additional opportunities.Requirements• At least 1 year of caregiving experience• Valid driver's license• Current auto insurance• Reliable transportation• Basic Health Screening and Negative TB test• Authorization to work in the U.S.• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and onboardingWhere We Have OpportunitiesWe serve clients throughout Southern Maryland, including Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft.
