Deliver compassionate, personalized home care focused on dementia and hospice support
Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to maintain client comfort and safety
Assist with daily living tasks while providing emotional and social companionship
Responsibilities
Provide personal care, companionship, and monitor patient wellbeing changes
Follow care plans accurately and report communication to healthcare teams
Support physical and emotional needs tailored to dementia and hospice patients
Requirements
Retired nurse or clinical experience strongly preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
Experience or comfort working with hospice and end-of-life care
Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English advantageous
