Home CaregiverFlawless Family Home Care, an award-winning Illinois licensed home services agency, is seeking dependable Home Caregivers to provide non-medical home care to older adults and individuals with disabilities in Streator and surrounding communities. As a Home Caregiver, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.We currently have several late-morning, afternoon, and early-evening caregiving opportunities in:StreatorOttawaPeruUticaDwightMinonkGrand RidgeNearby surrounding communitiesCurrent scheduling needs include:Late-morning shiftsAfternoon shiftsEarly-evening shiftsWeekday opportunitiesEvery-other-weekend availability requiredAt least 15 hours of weekly availability during our current scheduling needsCaregivers with broader availability and a willingness to work with more than one client generally have the best opportunity to build additional weekly hours.Responsibilities:Provide companionship and supervisionAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careProvide toileting and incontinence careAssist with mobility and transfers as neededPrepare mealsPerform light housekeeping and laundryProvide medication remindersOffer dementia support and redirectionAssist with errands or transportation when authorizedHelp clients remain safe and comfortable at homeWhat We're Looking For:Dependable and reliable with scheduled shiftsCaring, patient, and professionalComfortable providing hands-on personal careAble to work independently in clients' homesAble to follow an individualized care planAble to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the officeWilling to travel to client homes throughout the surrounding service areaValid driver's licenseReliable vehicleCurrent auto insurancePrevious caregiving, CNA, assisted living, home care, or dementia experience is preferred, but prior experience is not required for all current openings.Pay and Benefits:$17.00–$18.00 per hour based on verified caregiving experiencePaid training401(k) eligibilityPaid Leave for All Workers accrualTapCheck earned wage accessMileage reimbursement for authorized travelOpportunities to pick up additional hoursSupport from a local office teamCaregiver recognition and appreciation programsHow to Apply:When applying, please provide your exact availability for each day of the week, including the earliest time you can start and the latest time you can work, as well as how many miles you are willing to travel from your home.Applicants whose availability and travel area match our current client schedules will receive priority consideration.Apply today to join Flawless Family Home Care and help clients throughout the Streator area remain safely and comfortably at home.
