Job description
Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Home Center Manager to lead the sales team, coach staff, and drive performance across our manufactured housing communities. You will report on sales metrics, collaborate with fellow Sales Managers, and ensure seamless operations from lead to closing.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales management, strong leadership, and experience with CRM systems. A Bachelor's in a related field is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
