Home Comfort Advisor
$100,000 + annually | Base Salary + Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$100,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional weekend work)

What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
Recommend HVAC systems and comfort solutions that fit their home and budget
Prepare estimates and explain financing and product options
Build lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
Stay organized and manage your appointments and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals
HVAC, home improvement, or service industry experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
Intermediate computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
