Home Comfort Advisor
Base + Commission | Target Annual Earnings - $250,000
Based in Port Chester, NY | Servicing Westchester & Fairfield Counties
Full-Time | Monday through Friday| With occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed

We're looking for a motivated, personable, and experienced Home Comfort Advisor who enjoys connecting with homeowners, solving comfort challenges, and closing sales. You'll meet with pre-qualified customers, recommend customized heating and cooling solutions, and help homeowners make confident decisions about their home comfort.

Primary Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners during scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments.
Assess existing HVAC equipment and identify heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.
Recommend appropriate HVAC replacement systems and customized solutions.
Clearly explain equipment options, pricing, and available financing programs.
Build strong customer relationships through honest, consultative, and pressure-free sales conversations.
Close sales and consistently work toward achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth experience from consultation through project completion.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of hands-on HVAC field experience is preferred
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach to sales
Ability to work independently, manage appointments, and stay organized
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
Ability to access residential basements, attics, and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.
