Job description
Health Connect America seeks a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities. You will guide children, adolescents, and their families through the structured FCT model and work with a multi-disciplinary Treatment Team to ensure holistic care.
Successful candidates typically hold a Bachelor's in human services, two years of relevant experience, and a preference for FCT certification.
