Job description
Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through choosing a floor plan, options, and coordinating the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will build relationships, set appointments, demonstrate homes, and work with the CRM to follow up with prospects; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
Expect a base salary of $50k with an aggressive commission plan and the potential for unlimited earnings.
