Job description
West Elm is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to energize customers and bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll help guests discover products that suit their entertaining style, driving sales and creating lasting customer relationships.
You’ll support opening/closing, supervise staff, and uphold visual standards. This full-time role requires 1–3 years retail experience with supervision, and a passion for home design and guest service.
