Job description
PharmScript Home Delivery Pharmacy in East Berlin, CT is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for long-term and post-acute care facilities. You will review prescriptions, ensure accuracy and safety, and collaborate with prescribers and nurses to optimize resident therapy.
Requirements include a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and an active CT pharmacist license, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
