nIn this role, you'll provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through routine and emergency drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services for various drug distribution systems to the facilities. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained, policies carried out, and objectives accomplished. Consistently ensure that the appropriate drug product reaches the customer safely. nLocation: 281 Shore Dr. - Unit C & D, Burr Ridge, IL
nHours: Monday - Friday / Shifts could range from midafternoon to early morning; unless working your Weekend Rotation, shift will start earlier in that afternoon / Weekend rotation (every other weekend)
nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnExecute day-to-day operations in the pharmacy as they pertain to workflow, production quotas, and deadlines
n
nnAssist in the proper ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of all controlled substances; assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for scheduled drugs
n
nnEnsure that the pharmacy is compliant with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy
n
nnSupervise the pharmacy production staff to ensure proper order entry, workflow, and security of the pharmacy area, and adherence to delivery schedules
n
nnPrepare and/or supervise the preparation of all IV kits, drug products or solutions
n
nnCheck for completeness and accuracy of all new and refill labels and orders. Check for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling
n
nnEnsure that the pharmacy is compliant with all DEA policies and procedures and follows all applicable government regulations
n

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnBachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
n
nnCurrent license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Illinois

n nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44 - $79 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
