Job description
JCPenney is seeking a commission associate in our home department to deliver outstanding customer service and drive profitable sales growth through deep product knowledge and a passion for service.
You will engage customers, identify needs, inform them of key features, participate in inventory and signing processes, and uphold performance standards, including iCAP, safety, attendance, and profit. Commission is 2% on net sales; eligible for benefits and discounts.
