Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Dialysis Home Treatment / Patient Educator (RN CAP entry level) to coordinate care for an assigned group of home dialysis patients. You will assess patient responses to training, plan interventions, and communicate with physicians to optimize outcomes.
