Job description
Fresenius Medical Care invites applications for an Home Therapies RN CAP 2. This role focuses on assessing, planning, and coordinating dialysis care for an assigned patient group within a clinical setting.
In addition to providing education to patients and families, the RN CAP 2 may mentor staff and participate in quality improvement activities. The position requires state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
