Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN to train and support patients in home peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis. The role includes initial home visits with another staff member, educating patients, and coordinating care within a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, documenting care plans, and ensuring quality outcomes in collaboration with the physician and care team. A sign-on bonus is offered.
