Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Florida is seeking a Home Therapies RN CAP 2 to join the ESKD care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate dialysis care for assigned patients, coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and home partners.
The role emphasizes patient education, safety, quality improvement, and on-call coverage. You may train and mentor staff, participate in program CAP requirements, and travel to training sites as needed.
