Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a professional registered nurse for Home Therapies CAP 2 in Florida. The role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, with potential delegation to care staff, and participates in improvement activities as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease team.
The RN CAP 2 supports education, organizes home dialysis training, and is expected to travel between clinics within the Treasure Coast.
