Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Grayslake, IL seeks an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients on home dialysis, following established protocols and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
This role includes educating patients and families, collecting dialysis data, administering medications per algorithms, and supporting home dialysis training while advancing through CAP
