Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP candidate to provide and coordinate care for patients on home dialysis. You will assess patient response, plan care, and collaborate with the physician and health care team to improve outcomes.
The role involves training patients and families, documentation, and adherence to dialysis protocols in a hospital or clinic setting. An RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with some home dialysis experience preferred.
