Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides and coordinates safe home dialysis care, assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group.
You will participate in education, team collaboration and quality improvement as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, under supervision and according to policy and state/federal regulations.
