Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in New York is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including home dialysis training and treatment therapy.
Under supervision, this role collects dialysis data, adjusts treatment plans as needed, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective home dialysis delivery and adherence to policies.
