Job description
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients in home dialysis modalities and provide ongoing support.
This role conducts annual and routine home visits to assess the patient environment and ensure quality care, documenting nursing services in the EMR for continuity of care. Responsible for infection control monitoring, emergency preparedness, and coordinating with physicians and care teams.
