Job description
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to deliver expert training and ongoing support for patients choosing home dialysis.
You will conduct home visits, assess environments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care and safety. Responsibilities include patient and care partner education, accurate documentation in EMR, infection control, emergency preparedness, and timely communication of critical findings.
