Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Home Therapies RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including education and home dialysis training. The role supports decision-making and quality improvement within the ESKD care team.
The RN CAP 2 may be entry level into the Clinical Advancement Program, with supervision from senior nurses, and travel between Treasure Coast clinics as needed.
