Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN for Home Therapies CAP 2 to join our End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) team. You will coordinate and provide dialysis care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading care delivery, delegating tasks, and supporting quality improvements while traveling to patient homes and training sites as needed.
