Job description
Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Home Therapy RN to coordinate patient care, perform home visits, and promote patient independence in dialysis at home. You will teach, advocate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure informed consent and optimal care in CMS-regulated settings.
You will pursue continuing education, participate in quality improvement, and address ethical challenges with mentorship, ensuring safe, effective home-based treatment for patients.
