Job description
Adara Home Health is seeking a Clinical Admissions Nurse to ensure client care aligns with company policies and to maintain strong relationships with referral sources. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and requires travel to client homes for 1:1 care, approximately 1–3 hours per client, in the Mankato area.
This full-time position includes benefits such as mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a comprehensive medical package.
