Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Home Health Admissions RN for a three-day, Saturday–Monday schedule covering Newburyport and the Greater Boston area. You will perform start-of-care visits and initial assessments to establish effective home care plans, with clinical team support.
The ideal candidate holds an active MA RN license with home health experience; BSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered.
