Home Health AideWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparationProvide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environmentMonitor and report any changes in a client's condition or behaviorAssist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when neededPerform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaningMaintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client informationSkills & QualificationsStrong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeepingAbility to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care teamDependable, patient, and attentive to client needsCommitment to providing high-quality careNo certification requiredWhat We OfferHealth InsuranceWeekly payStart working quicklyFlexible schedulesSupportive team environment
