Home Health Aide - Main Street Ext. Middletown, CT | Clinical Support Services | Full TimeHome Health Aides are integral members of the Homecare interdisciplinary team and work under the patient's skilled supervising clinician to provide personal care to patients within their homes in a competent manner.Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent and experience in a patient care environment as an CNA.Active CNA certification required.Good organization and communication skills.
