nJoin ComForCare Home Care as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Adrian, MI. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
nProvide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
nDocument and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
nEnsure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
nTransport clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
nFollow care plans and collaborate with family members and healthcare providers.
nParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
nPrevious experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nCompassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
nWillingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
nFlexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
