Job description
Caregiver PositionSYNERGY HomeCare is an independently owned and operated national company renowned for high-quality home care, and we are hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we'd love to meet you.Duties:Deliver person-centered care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagementAssist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication remindersSafely transfer clients and provide assistance with personal care needs including dressing, and toileting.Offer flexible, multi-generational support to the broader family unit, including childcare assistanceSkills:CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required)Experience with children is preferred but not required.Benefits:Supplemental voluntary healthcare benefitsPaid time offAdvance pay facilityPay via direct depositRecognition bonusEmployee referral bonusFlexible scheduleMileage reimbursementPaid trainingLiability Insurance & Workers' Compensation CoveragePersonalized caregiving opportunitiesOvertime pay (when authorized)This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality support and care for individuals in need.
