n nWhat You’ll Do:
nnnAssist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and walking
n
nnEncourage independence while providing compassionate support
n
nnAnswer call lights promptly and make rounds at the beginning and end of shift
n
nnObtain and record resident weights as scheduled and report any changes
n
nnAssist with personal laundry following proper procedures
n
nnMaintain compliance with HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, and Resident Rights policies
n
nnReport to Health Services staff for daily assignments and updates
n
nnEnsure resident safety and comfort at all times
n

nnnCurrent Home Health Aide certification required

nnPrior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care preferred
n
nnStrong communication and teamwork skills

nnCompassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
