Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Home Health Visits
nFull-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem | Hudson County, NJ
nBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one home health visits for clients throughout Hudson County, NJ .
nThis is a visiting aide position , requiring weekday daytime availability and travel between client homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to hear from you.
nReliable transportation is required.
nResponsibilities
nAs a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate personal care and support, including:
nnnAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
n
nnBathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
n
nnMedication assistance
n
nnOral feeding and hydration support
n
nnSafe transfers and ambulation, including the use of mechanical lifting devices
n
nnRange of motion exercises
n
nnVital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, and respiration)
n
nnLight housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
n
nnPromoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
n
n nQualifications
nnnActive New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
n
nnMinimum of one year of Home Health Aide experience.
n
nnSuccessful completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training program.
n
nnAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
n
nnSuccessful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
n
nnAbility to meet all New Jersey state requirements.
n
nnReliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes throughout Hudson County.
n
nnWeekday daytime availability.

nBase Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
n$30.00 - $32.00 per point
