LIVE-IN HHA POSITIONS – SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY$255.45 PER DAY | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES | WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT
Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County!
HHAs with a valid driver's license are strongly encouraged to apply! Reliable transportation is a major plus for our live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including:
Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Companionship and emotional support
REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 1 year of HHA experience
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Physical exam completed within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
Valid driver's license strongly preferred
Reliable transportation strongly preferred
