Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide!Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults at our Brackenridge community. As a Community Care Aide at our Brackenridge building, you will provide assistance to our participants who are living in an apartment building where we provide around-the-clock care. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, dressing etc, and restorative programming.Location: 887 1st Ave Brackenridge PA 15014Current available shifts:Full Time 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 5 days per week (including every other weekend) (40 hours per week)Part Time 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 2 weekdays and every other weekend (24 hours per week)Part Time 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am, 2 weekdays and every other weekend (24 hours per week)Compensation & Benefits:Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hiresDaily Pay Available – get paid when you need itFull-Time Employees Also Receive:4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability coverageRetirement planMileage reimbursementTuition reimbursementAnnual performance-based raisesFree uniformsWhat You'll Need:High School Diploma or GEDCaregiving experience is preferred
