Home Health Aide

About the Role: As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, working closely with our skilled caregivers to ensure they receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
Monitoring and reporting on client conditions to our clinical team
