We're SYNERGY HomeCare , and we're hiring a passionate full- or part-time Home Health Aide - Caregiver to join our team in Franklin County, VT! When you join our team as a Home Health Aide - Caregiver, you will help us bring warmth, dignity, and independence to our clients' lives.
HERE'S THE DEAL:
nPay:
nnYou'll earn $17- $22 per hour , based on your experience, plus we offer per diem pay up to part-time.
n nSchedule:
nnWe have full- and part-time positions open! We're flexible, so we offer days, nights, weekends, and even overtime. Our ideal candidate is flexible and understands that schedules may vary and can change over time.

n AS OUR HOME HEALTH AIDE - CAREGIVER, YOU WILL:
nnEmpower independence: You'll be the supportive hand that helps clients with daily living, from personal care and basic housekeeping to mobility assistance and medication reminders.
nBe a companion: You'll build genuine friendships with clients, providing warm companionship and a listening ear.
nProvide seamless support: You'll transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring they stay connected and engaged.
nProvide collaborative care: You'll communicate openly with coworkers and families, ensuring consistent, reliable, and respectful care for every client.

nEnglish fluency
nHigh school degree or equivalent
