Home Care AideWe are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health Care experience a plus.To assist the client with meal prep., medication reminder, light housekeeping, laundry (bed linen also), errands/shopping. Also need assistance while walking and bathing for safety purposes (provide privacy)Required hours are 4:00pm to 12:00am and 12:00am to 8:00am. Would prefer someone with a car or live in the neighborhood. The client has (2) large dogsProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what they all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes.This agency is independently owned and operated.
