Home Health Aide (HHA) Caregiver Opportunity
Are you a compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys helping others? We are looking for dedicated HHA Caregivers to join our team and provide quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
This job is located in Largo, FL. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA.
*A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
*A reliable vehicle that has up-to-date registration and insurance.
*A Level 2 background check with current fingerprinting.
What you'll do:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
Accompanying clients to their appointments.
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
Follow care plans and agency protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Current CPR certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Level 2 background screening with current fingerprinting.
Recent TB test results.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Must have strong communication skills.
